An objective reading of the bible without prejudice against its presentation of women would lead to an astonishing discovery of the sublime picture of women from its first to the last page. Starting with the woman created in the image and likeness of God, as an equal partner of man, the bible ends presenting the picture of a woman with the sun for her cloth, the moon as her foot stool and 12 stars as her crown. This book, after examining the general picture of woman in the bible, analyzes 35 women characters of the Old Testament in detail, shedding new light into the general picture of women in the bible, adding a new perspective to the dignity of women and a new dimension to women's liberation.
