
Jacob Srampickal a Patna Jesuit, has a doctorate in Development Communication from the university of Leeds, England and has authored several books including, Voice to the Voiceless, the power of people's theatre; Babel and Beyond, Media Education: A text book for teachers, Media Education: Emerging Perspectives, Messages or Massages, Cross Connections: Interdisciplinary communications studies at the Gregorian University, Issues in Media Ethics, Understanding Development Communications, Communications Can Renew the Church, Family Communications, etc. He is co-founder and Dean of the National Institute for Social Communications, Research and Training (NISCORT), CBCI's communications college at Gaziabad \NCR Delhi, and was Director of Communications Formations at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome (2004-2010).
